Included in the lengthy list of achievements is the original condominium development, planning and sales of the first of its kind warehouse conversion in Western Canada - the Ashdown Warehouse. One hundred condo units were built and sold along with more than 22,000 sq. ft. of retail and commercial space. Condo conversions include the Ponds, Tuxedo Village, Parkway Plaza, Meadowlake, Hearthstone, Ports on Pembina, Victor Lewis Drive and Thompson Drive which combine for 1000 units. Several smaller projects have also been completed in Winnipeg.
